Looking for a Lt. and three scuba divers who were with me in 1967 on a search-and-rescue mission that picked dead bodies out of the water after an aircraft crashed in Cam Ranh Bay. I was in U Dorn Air Base, Thailand, 1964-65. When the enemy crossed the Ventin River, we were sent to retrieve or destroy the radio trailers. But we were too late; we left and went south. I rammed the roadblock. My truck was totaled; I went under the dash. I hurt my right knee, but being a young guy, I didn’t report it. Now I’m looking for someone to verify my claim with the VA.
