STEP 1: Go to:
STEP 2: Fill out the form in its entirety
STEP 3: Then click on “Submit.” An immediate receipt of your submission will be given.

The National Constitution Committee will meet Friday, April 20, at 5:30 p.m., in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Silver Spring, Maryland. The Constitution Committee will prepare its responses and forward to each chapter and state council its recommendations by May 17. Remember that time will be provided at the National Convention to attend the Constitution Committee’s meetings. Don’t forget that we will not accept any Proposed Constitutional Amendments after close of business, March 19.
